- Members agree to support each other and engage in positive communication.
- Members agree to NEVER add any members or visitors from events to an email distribution list without their express permission.
- Members agree to address negative issues or challenges first with the person(s) involved in a kind and respectful manner seeking understanding and resolution. If the issue cannot be solved directly, then the matter should be discussed with an admin of the group.
- Members agree to NEVER complain about another member or visitor or express derogatory opinions in public. Any disagreement should be handled privately as described in term #3.
