About Rebecca: I was born in El Paso, TX but raised in Colorado Springs, so I consider Colorado my home. I love the mountains! I went to Colorado State University and have a BS degree in Fashion Merchandising. I have always enjoyed anything to do with fashion and beauty. I have over 15 years of experience in the buying office and department/store management.
I moved to Los Angeles to do an internship at J.W. Robinson’s for my final semester of college. After my internship, I was offered a permanent position with the company and stayed in California for about 7 years. In addition to retailing, I also was an executive assistant with Beverly Enterprises (the largest nursing home operator in the US). I also had my own bridal/special event planning business from 1989-2002, and I am a certified Image Consultant. I met my amazing husband in California and have been happily married for 37 years. We don’t have any children, enjoy watching sports (especially golf & tennis), and enjoy fun weekend getaways.
I enjoy golfing, crafting, doing word puzzles, calligraphy, and volunteering. I am on the board of The Lupus Foundation of America, GA Chapter (LFAGA) since 2003 but enjoy helping charities dealing with women and children’s health and education issues. Member of the East Cobb Business Association.
