If your target audience is small business owners, this meeting is for you! Lisa Buice and Jennifer Bruner will lead a discussion to help identify challenges, and as a group, you’ll brainstorm solutions.

Example Businesses: marketing, website designer, accountant, insurance, commercial real estate, printer, business coach, payroll service, event planner

Group Goals:

• Build relationships with businesses that share your primary client.
• Support each other by sharing knowledge and experience.
• Identify opportunities for collaborating and/or sharing referrals.
• Grow your business and network of connections, leading to profitability.

How it Works:

• Bi-monthly (every other month) Zoom meetings on the 4th Friday. Based on participant feedback, this group might decide to meet more frequently and/or add in-person meetings or socials.
• Investment is $20 per meeting, complimentary for Insider and Digital members.
• You’ll complete a survey (link in confirmation email after registration) to let leaders know which areas of challenge you are most interested in discussing.
• Leaders will accept submissions of specific participant obstacles for consideration to be included in the discussion.
• Leaders may invite subject matter experts to speak to the group on a topic for which participants have indicated a need.

Participation Guidelines:

• Membership is not required in order to participate. We do encourage consistent participation for best results.
• Be fully present and focused. No multitasking.
• Be collaborative, not competitive. Have an abundance mindset (there are plenty of customers for us all). 
• Be respectful at all times.
  • Respectful of differing viewpoints. Agree to disagree.
  • Respectful of people’s time. Don’t dominate a conversation.
• Be open-minded. Be willing to be wrong and open to new ideas.
• Be vulnerable, with discretion. The more you are willing to share, the more likely it is the group will be able to share effective solutions or resources.
• Be discreet. Do not share information divulged in the group with outsiders. Do not use information shared within the group in a negative or harmful way.
• Admin team reserves the right to restrict participation and/or cancel membership in cases of misconduct or matters of dispute.
