Join us to work on your business, enjoy crafting, or simply relax and be refreshed by Mother Nature! Our theme is “Mountain Magic,” and we’ll have a quick, fun activity each evening after supper. You have the option to bring your laptop for work projects, explore the quaint downtown, take a ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, or drive over to Mercier Orchards for some apple fried pies and cider! If you are a crafter, we won’t have a workroom as on previous retreats, so you’ll need to bring your own table, and we’ll figure out the best way to set up.

Total cost depends on the number of participants. (This is not a profit center. Our goal is simply to split the costs.)

Final cost per person will be calculated 2 weeks prior to the event when final payment is due. Cost includes lodging and all meals.
6 attendees: $295
7 attendees: $270
8 attendees: $245
9 attendees: $220

We’ll need 2 volunteers to sleep on top bunks if the cabin is full – unless you have a friend who will share a full bed with you. First come, first serve on bed selection.

Mel will buy the groceries with the menu provided ahead of time and take into consideration any dietary restrictions (let her know if you have any, please). Each attendee will sign up to prepare a meal and clean up after a meal.
