Join us to work on your business, enjoy crafting, or simply relax and be refreshed by mother nature! Total cost depends on the number of participants. (This is not a profit center. Our goal is simply to split the costs.)

Exact cost is dependent on bed selection (twin .vs upper bunk .vs lower bunk) and final cost will be calculated 2 weeks prior to the event when final payment is due.
8 attendees: $220-$250
9 attendees: $180-$230
10 attendees: $165-$210
11 attendees: $150-$200
12 attendees: $140-$190

We’ll need 3 volunteers to sleep on top bunks if the cabin is full – unless you have a friend who will share a full bed on a lower bunk with you. First come, first serve on bed selection.

Mel will buy the groceries with the menu provided ahead of time and take into consideration any dietary restrictions (let her know if you have any, please). Each attendee will sign up to prepare a meal and clean up after a meal.

Applefest will be happening in Elijay during the weekend of our stay, so plan to enjoy a small-town festival!
